1 year ago this ministry was brought to life. This ministry was created to reach out to the community to assist the financially struggling with a basic need like laundry, build relationships with them, and to share the Good News.
Happy Birthday Laundry Love Project Irving! We thank everyone that has made this ministry possible from our Lord, to the volunteers, to those who financially and materially support us, and to the community. It’s been an amazing first 12 months and we look forward to what’s in store.
Actually we know one thing that’s happening starting April 11th:
Life After Laundry – A Bible Study for our Laundry Love Project community! We begin this new chapter of our ministry on April 11th at the Amigo Laundramat. We will be studying from the awesome bible study guide called “Experiencing God” by Blackaby and King. Prayers for this new bible study group woud be much appreciated.
We hope you can come join us for our birthday celebration this Saturday. We plan on having several birthday cakes to celebrate this event and goody bags for the children.
If you plan on doing laundry that day, please swing by for up to 3 loads of laundry free – no strings attached (we are there to serve). We also provide free laundry supplies, refreshments, and children activities.
Time: 9am – noon (last load at 11:15am) or whenever event day funds is gone.
